This site collects the bare minimum needed to answer you. Here is exactly what, why, and for how long.
This is a translation, provided for convenience. Only the French version has legal force: if the two differ in meaning, the French text prevails.

Data collected
Only the contact form collects data: your name, your email address and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, preferred date and the field concerned, along with the content of your message. None of those optional fields is required in order to reach me.
Client area
If you are a client, a personal area brings together your quotes, your invoices and your appointments. There is no password: you enter your email address and receive a sign-in link, valid for fifteen minutes and usable once. The link is not stored in readable form, only its fingerprint is, and it is deleted as soon as it has been used.
This area creates no new data: it shows you what you have already sent me and the documents drawn up for you. The date of your last visit is recorded, so that I know whether the service is being used.
Purpose and legal basis
This data serves only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to draw up a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given by sending the form, together with the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention period
Enquiries that come to nothing are kept for 36 months. Enquiries that led to work carried out are kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold, nor transferred, nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is stored with the site's host, Vercel et Neon inc, and photographs are hosted by Cloudinary. Emails I send you pass through Google.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to contact@steevystudio.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Only the cookies strictly necessary for the administration area to work are used, and only once the photographer has signed in.
